Hannah's Stone and My Last Post

After over a year of working on getting Hannah's stone placed in the cemetery, it was put in yesterday.  Each of Hannah's brothers and sisters drew a picture for her and the pictures on included on her stone.
Martin's picture is the smiling face
Sam's picture is the duck and says "miss you Hannah"
Cassie's picture is the butterfly on the top and it says "love you Hannah Grace"
Heidi's picture is the butterfly on the bottom and it says "I love you so so so so so much!"
Valerie's picture is the star and it says "We love you, cute, smart, loving, awesome Hannah"
Nathan's picture is the 2 people standing next to each other one is Hannah and the other is Nathan
Terri Lynn's picture is the heart with her T and H she wrote.

This stone speaks of the love her family had for her and still has!

Mark 10:13-16
13 And they were bringing children to him that he might touch them, and the disciples rebuked them. 14 But when Jesus saw it, he was indignant and said to them, “Let the children come to me; do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God. 15 Truly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child shall not enter it.” 16 And he took them in his arms and blessed them, laying his hands on them.

Love, Sandi (Hannah's mommy)

  2. Thanks, Sandi, for your blog and for this last post. What a marvelous mom God gave Hannah to, and Dad, and entire family! I have loved watching how you all loved her so dearly, how every person, down to the youngest child, has participated in honoring and remembering her. The drawings on Hannah's stone are precious. Good work, Sandi!

  3. Our family loves Hannah's stone. I don't think we have ever seen such a special one! Hannah was so blessed in having you all as a family, as I know you all were blessed with having her! I will miss you and your family's posts, Sandi. I hope you still post ways you celebrate and remember Hannah on FB. I love seeing all the creative ways you all continue to do so!
