This is a picture of Hannah Grace. She is wearing the the jacket that I embroidered on. It is says "Little Miracle" on it. The jacket was a little big for her. At the time I couldn't find one that was a preemie size. This is such a cute picture of Hannah she is sound asleep.
This is a close up picture of the jacket you can see (Little Miracle) better. As you can see the lettering is yellow and the jacket is pink which are Hannah's colors.
